Give a detailed diet and lifestyle history (for example, a typical week in the life of YOU) via email to get a full breakdown of many calories/kilojoules consumed, macro-nutrients, micro-nutrients, and a rating on lifestyle habits followed by recommendations from an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist

Initial consultation

A 45min goal-setting session with full diet & lifestyle assessment, measurements, personalised recommendations & education, optional 7-day personalised meal plan, shopping lists and recipes. This session is all about getting to know you as a person, your lifestyle, understanding what motivates YOU and coming up with an action plan to help you achieve your goal/s!

Follow-up consultation (20-30mins)

$75

A follow up consultation is recommended at least 3-4 times per year in the first year for any weight management or chronic disease’s so I can keep track of your progress, support you and fine tune any education or meal plans.

Note: Clients with a chronic disease management plan from their GP will be able to receive a Medicare rebate of $55.10 & those with private health may also be able claim some of the fee back *check with your health fund to see how much you can claim*
