I enjoy helping my clients navigate this confusion and feel empowered to make their own health decisions by providing them the most up to date, evidence-based research in easy to understand language.
When I’m not being a dietitian, I always make time to work out at the gym, cook delicious healthy meals, eat at restaurants or home-cooked meals with family and friends, read, listen to music, meditate, and go for nature walks.
